What kind of photograph should I send?
For the best results, it's crucial to send high-quality photographs. Grainy, blurry, or low-resolution images will affect the final product, making it appear boxy or blurry. The file should be named after the family, like "Green.jpg."

What is your turnaround time from the moment you receive my order?

No, we don’t charge extra for any artwork services. It’s all included!
Can you send a rush order?
Yes, we can expedite your order if needed. Just let us know your deadline in the "Order Notes" when placing your order. Please be aware that extra shipping costs may apply.
How do I install the memorial portrait?
You have two options for installation:
Silicone:
- Clean the area of the stone with rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
- Apply silicone to the back of the porcelain tile and position it.
- Use vertical and horizontal strips of tape to hold it in place as the silicone cures.
- Remove the tape after 24 hours.
Double-Sided Tape:
- Clean the area of the stone with rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
- Remove the protective sheet from the VHB tape and position the portrait.
- Note: This bond is permanent.
